Quality of Elddis caravans

We collected our Crusader Shamal in June and have used it 3 times over 17 days. It is now having the kitchen sink replaced (Discoloured) 5 locker catches have broken, 3 drawers have fallen apart and a gas strut has anchorage has parted company from the body inside the gas locker. This is the first Elddis we have bought having previously had 2 Baileys, a Fleetwood and Adria. The dealership is helpful but Elddis have consistently failed to acknowledge my correspondence. We are now struggling to know what to do next to get the company to acknowledge the problems.
