Hi there to all.. this is my first post on here,

we've just got back from a rally (which was excellent)

but the last two times we have used out 2006 swift caravan we have been experiencing problems with out gas. it only seems to want to work when 'it' wants too.

for example we cooked on it (propane) one evening.... perfect... then the following evening "no gas" (not having touched any fittings) then if i randomly test for gas on the hob later it will some times work, some times not. like a lottery.

so what's best to check first? i suspect it may be the regulator, but before i shell out £50 for a new one i wanted to see if anybody has ever had a similar problem? ive got plenty of the gas... i know... as i hardly use it (you can hear it splash about and woooshes out of the tank valve etc)

i have a built in stoves cooker/oven/hob. (i only use the gas for cooking.. so have never tried any other things with gas)

and its they type of cooker where you hold the knob in and turn for the gas.

problem is i if i want to show some one it not working - its always works!

im never mr. popular when the families hungry and i cant get the oven to go!Sad

many thanks
