I have a Sterling europa 620 twin axle full height 270cms. Year 2007.  Can anybody tell me where I can get an air porch awning to fit this caravan.

Thanks

I would go to your dealer, porch awnings will usually fit all caravan heights and it is the length along the van that changes, but again a dealer will show you a range of awnings. Also consider, if you haven't already, how often and when you will be using it? for example odd weekends in summer or all year round?

Thank you, its very confusing.  We have a full awning which takes hours to put up so we want a small inflatable one we can use for short breaks.  I will contact the dealers direct and ask if they will fit.

Give the air awning serious thought. We had spent over 800 on a airawning, never looked right on the van unless ground was perfectly llevel back to dealer 3 times in 18 months for leaks and exploding tube when it was 25c.

Now back to a poled foreman 420 awning, quicker to put up and looks perfect every time.

Air awnings are the bread maker of the caravan world, we all wanted one, we were all convinced it was the future, most nw gathering dust in the garage

I disagree that Air awnings are gathering dust. We have a Kampa Rallye Air Pro 200 porch awning which works fine. One only has to stroll round any site we’ve been on to see plenty of air awnings in use.

time taken to erect it is minimal. Slide it in, use electric pump (whilst getting on with other tasks) and peg it out (as you would any awning).

I’m guessing that porch awning manufacturers have concentrated on the bigger market for single axels and 250 max height rails. By observation, it looks like Kampa awnings are more favoured than others, and they seem to cater for 250 cm rails. Maybe you’ll need to look at traditional poles and even getting a skirt extended. Not an ideal compromise though.
