Leaking Lunar 546

Hi,

I'm in desperate need of advice with a leaking Lunar 546 (2011). 

We purchased this caravan from new In 2011 from a dealer for Lunar. We chose the dealer not on price but on what we felt the whole service would be like. It all started well, our first holiday was fine except a few teething issues.  However, in Autumn 2011 the problems started. We noticed that the bunk area was damp and condensation on the rear hatch made bottom bunk unusable. 

As we store at our dealer we left it with them.  We were told at this point that the damp was perfectly normal and there was nothing wrong.  Since then the problem has got decidedly worse, to the point that water is now dripping in throughout the rear of the caravan.

We went to return the caravan to storage today only to be told they would no longer accept it back and we were to find other storage.  We need to get this fixed, yet our relationship with the dealer is now at breaking point.

What are our options as far as pursuing them storing our caravan? This option of storage was part of our sales contract, free for the first year and half price for the next 2 years.  This is the only contract we have with them to store the caravan.  We now have to find an alternative at full cost and transport the caravan to the dealers.

I am close to the point of naming and shaming the dealer in question to make sure other people are not fooled the same way as we were.
