Hi everyone, just need alittle guidance here I'm 24 and have always house shared, I do this becuase it gives me a good quality of life and it makes it easier to save, I  currently have 18k saved. And I really dont like the idea of getting a mortgage on a house and being a wage slave for the next 20 years, and the calculator of 20 years doesnt include 'life' problems to come, so that doesnt appeal to me, neither does renting since thats dead money, however I have always been fond of caravsn on holidays and seen soem caravans in the 15k range which are amazing, am i missing something here? do I just buy the caravan and spend like 0 - 350 per month on ground rent and be able to live in it as a residence? does that include, electrc, gas, water? I like the idea of owning my home outright, since the property market is riddiclous, also my main concern is how much does it realllly cost per month?
