Hand Over Day

Well you've chosen the van, you've paid your money and you go to collect your prized possession. First time round we felt we'd been handed a refurbished Apollo10, all those switches and strange names, heikis,al-kos,thetfords, we wondered if we'd get the thing off the forecourt let alone onto the moon. Smilingly we finally asked the technician if he enjoyed vanning. The reply was "wouldn't touch the !!XX@@ things," our faces were a picture! Have you experienced a good handover, would a demo DVD have helped? Would anything have made the experience better?
