We bought an Eldis Explore new in 2010 We immediately saw on delivery that there were marks on both sides of the front window internally.

The dealer is very nice and helpful but can only fit the windows as provided by the Eldises window manufacturer Merida or Merina I think he said.

2 years on I am awaiting window number 4. All the windows arrive with the self same flaw or develop the same marks after some days of use.The dealer fits the windows as they arrive but these windows can take 6 months to be delivered. My dealer tells me now he must pay for a new window and be reimbursed later. I will not pay anything.

Has anyone else had a similar experience of new window flaws in recent years and has anyone successfully chased Eldis to have this work speeded up or had some compensation for journeys to and from my not so local dealer.
