Damp in Our 2011 Swift Conqueror

We purchased a new 2011 Conqueror in June to replace our 2009 Sterling Onxy which had to have the back replaced due to damp after 1 year. We had no problems with the van after its first service so were surprised 4 months later surrounds severe damp around  the front windows. The van has been assessed and we await a decision on what is to be done. The service company say the repair is likely to be too big for them and the van may have to be returned to Swift. Goodness knows how long this will go on. Has anyone experienced similar problems.
