Hello, any advice greatly appreciated. I have a 2011 Elddis Crusader supercyclone, from new. I have just had it's first service by a NCC approved service engineer, as I think the retailer, Leisretimes caravans in Stoke has gone out of business. I love the van but was amazed to be told that in parts of the caravan there is up to 50% damp, in some 40% and others 30%. The rest is 10% which I know is fine.

I am waiting for an Elddis approved warranty egineer to submity a repor and whilst i fully expect Elddis to approve the repair work, it just to me that I might not want it repaired. What lasting damage would that much damp do that might not yet be known. Would I not be better insisting on a new replacement, could I insist on that.

I look forward to any advice.

Thanks
