Damp

I have had a recent damp check done on my Lunar Clubman 2010. Most of the readings are not too bad but i do have one area of 42%. This is a very small area above the stove next to a vent. Is this a major repair issue or will it be ok just by resealing the joints etc? There doesn't appear to be any structural damage at the moment but i am anxious to sort it asap.
