I purchased a brand new Bailey 440/4 which in its own right is a capable entry van however it developed a few problems on first use, Like letting water in the dining room window. Alot of water thanks to the August sunny weather. I rang the dealer as it still being under warranty  3 times over the space of 2 and half hours until I recieved a response. And it was, ok stop your holiday and take your caravan here....Not,  no I'm sorry to here that nothing helpfull or even supportive...There is a couple of issuse with this so called 10 year anti water ingress van which have to be approched...So I sent them an email and have not yet recieved acknowledgment...My question, is when you buy a caravan and it roles of the show room is that when the friendly happy help ends and they are no longer interested....Does sharp practice privale
