I've had a mover fitted by a company advertising in the club magazine.
It was fitted at my home by a very pleasant chap who informed me that I would need 2 sets of spacers - a total cost of £70!!! - and that was supposed to be a reduced price.
I was shocked by this price but as the job was well underway I felt I didn't have much choice but to pay up.
This company quoted the best "fitted" price I could find but I have the feeling that charging so much for 4 small metal tubes was designed to make up for the apparently low fitted price.
Has anyone else come across this situation?
Have I been ripped off?
