My son has a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Saloon 2.0 CRD, the towing limit of which is given as 900kg. Does anybody have any idea why this is so low when it's kerb weight anf power output suggest it should be capable of pulling 1200kg plus whilst staying within the 85% rule.
As it stands this renders the car incapable of legally towing any but the tiniest of caravans (when he needs a 5 berth).
