Caravan window

My kitchen window is double glazed,and the outer window has come away from the inner,causing the inner to crack/smash...i have gaffer taped the window up for the moment,but if i get some clear perspex how/what is the best to bond it to  the outer window which is fine?Please any advice,as it is the kitchen window and gets awfully warm over that oven!  thanks all
