Caravan design without shower/toilet?

I know everyone has different tastes, but we never stay on sites without toilet/shower blocks.  We have never used our shower or toilet in the caravan and don't mind the walk to the toilets whatever the time.  Our shower/toilet compartment in an extension to the wardrobe for my wifes clothes (for every occassion) andd the toilet cassette compartment accomodates a very handy tool box.

Do you think that any manufacturer woul be brave or bold enough to design a caravan without a toilet/shower compartment, or make it an option to have one in or not?  Just think of the space it would create and the many options that would be made available!
