Bubbling Wallpaper

Hi

We are thinking of changing our van in the near future so are having a look about at the moment just to see what we fancy. We were at our usual dealer today and say a van we liked its a 2006 year Sterling in very good condition however the wallpaper round about the front window is bubbled in places. I have spoken to the salesman and he says that it isn't damp but was caused when the previous owner put a cover over it during the winter months and the condensation made the paper bubble. We trust the dealer and the van has had a full damp check and will come with a 12 month warranty. What is other peoples opinions would you buy it? or will we move on and look for something else. Any opinions and advice welcome
