My Dad always said a good company is proved good when something goes wrong...well here's my story.

We are owners of our 3rd Coachman, (our previous one was stolen.) She is now 5 years old and recently her floor de-laminated. (Didn't have any problems with the other two.) After juggling dates it was arranged to take her back to Coachman caravans in Hull. There she would stay until her floor had been fixed and I collected her yesterday.

I excepted to have the offending area replaced, (as I was told by our local dealers,) but she now has a full new floor, new front, new rear, and totally re-sealed. Along with a new gas cert and fully tested as if she was a new van leaving for the forecourt.

And, as is company policy, a cheque to go towards my petrol.

As the van was a year old when we got her we were grateful that Coachman changed the warranty to us free of charge, (a lot aren't even transferable, never mind free!) and then this, I am now shouting how happy I am with this company.

Recently a thread was asking what is good about British caravans,,,,,I say Coachman is!
