hi there, we have been away in our van twice now(newbie) its fab! cant wait til spring!  we've been having some problems though with the pump, first of all we got the y connector replaced because it was leaking. We never bothered using the warranty because we wanted to get away on holiday, this cost £30. We  were away 4 nights pump went fine til the last night just started spluttering air the barrel was full. I'm guessing this is a fault. the nearest transient warranty repair is 1.5 hrs away, but there is 2 mobile repair guys ncc approved for service by bailey but not approved for warranty repair? has anyone had this problem and found a solution ? thanks
