Bailey Alu Tech Bodies

After purchasing a Bailey Unicorn Valencia in May and wanting to keep up the warranty I arranged for my local Bailey approved dealer to carry out a service prior to the 2 year warranty expiring. I had noticed prior to this a crease had appeared on the righthand side above the door. I was informed post service that this was not a warranty claim but due to flexing as a result of hiting a pothole in the road and that is regularly seen. Being a caravaner for 15 years I have never heard or seen of this before. Anybody any advice on this  eg to accept or discuss with Bailey
