Can anyone help with how to speak to anyone at Al-KO. I have been trying without joy for a couple of weeks by both phone and email but never been succesful, except to get an automated response to an email which said the person was out of the office until Tuesday 18th May. Seeing as the 18th was a Friday and the same day as I got the reply that was of no use.
I did get a reply a little while ago about a different matter, but that was in reply to wanting to buy something. That reply was almost instant.......surprise surprise.
