Purchased Aug 2020. Missed first service. Serviced today and damp ingress shower floor.  £3500 cost.

In July 2021 we advised dealer shower leaked all over floor. They said nothing wrong and that we did not level it

Surely the caravan was sold not fit for purpose?? We have only been out 6 times in it.  Can anyone provide advice.

You might have a problem claiming on warranty as you missed the first service. Did the dealer/manufacture give any dispensation for missing services due to Civic?

Was your concern noted on the paperwork?

Did they do a damp check and provide readings as evidence to back up verbal comments about nothing being wrong?

As far as I am aware when we reported on the water on the floor they just told us the caravan was not level.

Looking back this dies not make sense as surely the water would just settle in the tray.  So annoyed our first caravan at age 70 and this happens.
