You can only buy CC wifi time when on a CC site and connected to the wifi, Bubble. It's not so much renewing as buying a new package.

You have to wait until your existing contract expires and then when you try to log on again it redirects you to a renewal screen. You can keep your existing username and password but of course have to fork out another £25. You are right though, it is getting much better. Although some of the bronze rated sites are still very slow, the one we are on at the moment is good, although the site is full. Gold site next, of which there are now 27, so that should be much better.

Also wanting to renew wifi membership which is due for renewal. Would have thought we could do this before we depart for our holiday. Thanks for all the info posted by members. Roger

We renewed ours this afternoon. It had expired in May and this is our first CC site trip since. It took about 3 mins - it was quite easy.
