Wi Fi and TV on site

Its  not a new gripe but having just returned from a holiday in France staying in reasonably price accommodation the Internet connection was " free " of course we paid for our B&B, but in one hotel we actually paid just a little more than being on a caravan site. Admittedly the pound / euro was in our favour, but at £ 25 a night at Carsington Water were the Wi Fi was at best intermittent at its worst none existent. The TV reception is again patchy. I do think that is about time that the Caravan Club upped its game and either scraped the poor internet connection or made it free. That way when I cannot get connected on site I will have nothing to complain about. Again this year I have bought  the connection for 12 months. I therefore expect the Caravan Club to deliver the service to its members. The television should be boosted on all sites that have poor reception. Not all of us want to listen to the radio. I don't expect anything to change, but I at least feel that I somehow might have nudged the Caravan Club into addressing the problems.
