Wi Fi

Am I the only one or does the way the CC handles its wi fi  availabilty seem a little out of date. It would appear that you can only purchase wi fi when on site surely the technology is available for the CC to provide members with an annual fee payable with there membership which will provide wi fi on all avaialable sites for a 12 month period. I am not one who spends there entire life on either a smart phone or tablet etc but it would be nice to access google to find something about the area we are staying at that time. For example, we have just returned from Seacroft and whilst we were there we wanted info on Felbrigg Hall but with the CC system we had to pay for a days useage for a 5 minute search. Had we been able to purchase annually upfront then this situation would not have arisen.
