I have been a lifelong family member of the Club on and off as we have bought and sold caravans. The club has always provided outstanding service. The sites are fantastic, the staff/wardens and the club services. After a minor problem with a new Peugeot motorhome, and not so brilliant service from Peugeot Assist, I decided to join Mayday, expecting that the previous standard of Mayday & Club service would apply. Their previous service was brilliant, if for example I changed the car and rang to tell them, new membership cards would arrive the next day. I joined on the 13th May, asking for the policy to actually start on the 29th May.  I have still not received any policy documents or membership cards!! I have rung twice and been fobbed off with "they are in the post" and I have rung again today, and now no one even answers the phone!  What has happened to Mayday??FrownSad
