I managed to break the dome on my Heiki 2 roof light. Had it repaired immediately before contacting insurers as it would have been open to the elements. Contacted insurers, filled in claim for and posted on Friday 5th April. Cheque received on Wednesday 10th April. Excellent service.
By 'eck, Mitsi, that's good so I'll ask the Mods to set this as a Sticky on each & every Thread if you want 
That will silence those Regular Club Knockers
