Wardens Caravan Insurance

If  it's  not  your  own  site  Izzie,  I  would  have  thought  it  was  the  owner  of  the  site  who  should  arrange  cover  for  the  employees.

Have you tried the CC's own insurance department. Surely they, if anyone should be able to get you an insurance. If not try the C&CC's equivalent service. You might just have better luck with them.

Firstly you need a permanent address? If so and it's a tourer you're living in it's quite acceptable to have normal tourer insurance in the UK. You could try either clubs insurance dept.s they obviously insure a lot of wardens.
