HD

Just click on the TP logo at the bottom left of the page and it will take you to the reviews.

That’s strange indeed HD.

I don’t know why folks put site reviews on TP. 99% of the site reviews left don’t actually name the site being reviewed🤷‍♀️ Without the site reviews, the overall TP rating would be dire indeed at the moment.

It's not on my Android either so that's why I gave you the other link, no idea why it's missing.

I tend to use my PC when using CT and the link worked OK on that. So given your reply I thought I would try on my Samsung tablet and again it took me to the TP reviews when I tapped the logo. I can see the logo on both PC and tablet.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy just now, no TP logo to be seen. (Although I agree with TDA about the unidentified site reviews, no use to anyone. frown)

Brue, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy too, but I can see the logo at the bottom of this page.

Also agree with you and TTDA about the site reviews; meaningless without identification of the site reviewed.

BTW, one reply from staff I found interesting, in response to a review mentioning CAMC sites being too expensive now: " Hi Vinny thanks for the review and your comments. Our CL network should have more affordable sites. Hope this helps ~ Lynn".

Acknowledgement that CAMC sites are too expensive for some after all??

I actually asked a question about the loss of so many of the no facility sites a couple of years ago InaD at the AGM. The only response I got was use CLs.

The growing number of negative reviews on Trustpilot appear to have some common themes.

Namely, increasing cost of staying on a Club Site, compared to independent operators, and the Club is no longer competitively priced.

Secondly, people are extremely unhappy with the Club’s obsession with rules, regulations and general stuffiness.

The stock responses from the Club are underwhelming and so repetitive, they could be automated and posted by chat bots.
