Site Night vouchers through Barclaycard

I have been collecting points through my Caravan Club Visa credit card through Barclaycard, it's a fantastic way to get free site night vouchers, until this year!   I telephoned Barclaycard on the 16th February 2015 to redeem my points and get 5 site night vouchers.   They told me they would arrive in 7-10 days.   By the 4th March they hadn't arrived, I telephoned them and they emailed me a "lost voucher" form to complete online and send back, which I did.   They telephoned to say thankyou for the form and they were sending more vouchers out on the 6th March, should arrive 7-10days later.  Today is the 20th March and I have had to telephone again because the vouchers have not arrived (starting to think someone's on the fiddle somewhere!).  They are now sending more vouchers out on Monday 23rd but this time by recorded delivery.  Fingers crossed they arrive.   Has anyone else had anything like this happen to them, it's strange two lots go missing, after all they are worth quite a bit of money to caravanners.
