Mayday phone call.

Security questions on the phone! Usually really strict, i once got hung up on by HSBC because i hessitated on my DOB. Anyway so, joined Mayday the start of the month, but to yet had no docs. So I just rang them up and it went a little like this:

Him "For security can you just confirm the first line of your address"
Me (Details changed for interwebs) "Yes, Flat 22, *** ***** etc etc"
Him "OK Mr Weble (Weble is not my second name BTW) how can i help you?"
Me "I joined at the start of the month, but had no documents come yet"
Him "Yes you should have, we sent them to flat 15 *** *****, etc etc"
Me "What? No, that's wrong. But wait... I had to confirm the first line of my address before you'd talk to me, which was down wrong on your system anyway, meaning I would have given you the wrong details, yet you're still talking to me about private information?"

Should come to the right addy this time, i hope, soon the whole block will have free breakdown cover thanks to me :(
