Mayday answers

I asked Mayday about the 'wrong fuel' cover. When I suffered this last year Embarassed  I was towed to a garage to get the work done. On their TV ad at the time, they claim that they would carry out the work, but I was told that if one joined via CC , this wasn't the case.

I've just asked them the question in the light of recent discussions and ad campaigns and they said "
I can confirm we will cover the cost of draining or removing contaminated
fuel. (We will arrange for the Insured Vehicle to be taken to a local
repairer for assistance, but you will have to pay for all work carried
out.)  I wonder, does that mean one could claim back the cost later?????

Also, the question of car and caravan being recovered to seperate locations was asked." under the terms and conditions of your MayDay

vehicle rescue policy  we would offer full recovery for you to be towed
back home together with your caravan to where ever it is stored. (provided
you have the correct cover) i.e. Roadside and Recovery or higher.  No extra
charge would be incurred.

Which confuses me, how do you read this???
