It starts of with quesitions about booking and the Clubs system. Two of the questions are:
Did you use the Club booking system on the 4th December?
Followed by this:
How would you rate your experience of using the advanced UK site booking service?
I am not very happy with the second question because it is not clearly tied to the first!
Nevertheless I have assumed it is meant to be.
