Insurance other - members' thoughts

i had a blow out on my caravan back in july,i contacted the insurance company(which is through the club) they informed me to get a quote, i did this waited got back to insurance they passed me on to another company which were to look at my van? waited? phoned said company to ask when i may get someone to look at van to betold we have nobody in my area for 2 weeks, now i know i live in the north east of england so are we treated differently?it is now 11weeks since i had the blow out, i am still waiting for my caravan to go in for repair, have i the right to have a moan? your thoughts please?? i am about to explode?
