Insurance issues....

I wish i'd been as lucky as some other caravanners with their club insurance, unfortunately it's not been the case - our van has now been out of service for almost 5 months and we're no closer to getting it back.

I'm not going to detail specific informtion here, but felt the need to post something to ease the pressure of the frustration i feel.

The friendly face of the club and the initial support raised my expectations, but now after months of inaction, in part due to the need for parts delivery and subsequent waiting for a suitable repair slot, we approach winter having missed almost 5 months of touring, 3 missed birthday trips and having to take non-caravanning breaks.

Meanwhile, the storage fees continue for an empty bay and the insurance premiums continue - so I'll be very selective when i choose to re-insure....
