Hi All
New to this - had my caravan stolen off the drive, so am making a claim on my members insurance.
The loss adjustor wants all keys and CRIS documents sent to him immediately, before even an offer has been made in settlement, never mind settled.
They are a company called Ashwick Claims Services; I'm a little confused as I thought I had Caravan Club insurance; yet the claim form is for a company called Devitt Insurance, who are only 'acting on behalf' of my insurance company, and now this next company are acting on behalf of someone acting on behalf of my insurance company.
To be honest, I am worried about whether I should be sending keys and documents already. Is this standard practice?
