Green Flag Service

I had the misfortune to need recovery no problem I thought call greenflag very helpfull operator took my details Text followed confirming call then  1 hour later a call from the recovery agent he was having problems locating me Not supprising he was 200miles away very appologetic back to Greenflag who claim new call to local agent another hour and a cal now on route will be with you in 15 minutes! 45 minutes later I got a lift home from my son. I had waited in he cold for 4 hours not a good service. Another call to Greenflag to cancel te call out. 12 hoursa call from Greenflag they will be with me shortly I  vtell them the car has been collected by my garage they still want to know where to come they can not comprehend they are not needed WELL WONT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP
