Difficulty in Paying for WiFi

Has anyone had my problem paying on-line for a CC WiFi package. After I provided my credit card details etc the site would not accept my payment because it recognised my email as being registered with Paypal. It then gave my only one option & that was to provide my Paypal log-in details, which of course I didn't have with me. I didn't want to pay be Paypal anyway but ended up not being able to pay for the package and not having WiFi for the duration of our stay. I was seriously upset.
