Very disappointed with customer services of this firm
They recently tried to take some money from my bank for an insurance policy that i have never had with them, after a less than receptive discussion with customer services as to why i might be annoyed with this & to prevent this happening, I cancelled my DD.
After finally receiving proper communication (ie not an email, which will often go unread in junk mail), i called them up with regard to my MH policy having not been paid due to this issue
up shot of this, Devitt customer services, totally uninterested in resolving a problem that has arisen from their attempt to take money from me without my permission, MH ins cancelled by them and expecting me to pay for their poor communication and poor customer service
It seems indicative of sevices recently that because they have sent an email they believe they have communicated with you, even though they have no knowledge if that information has been read.
would be interested if any others have problems with their customer services
