Is there anybody else still waiting for the arrival of this literary masterpiece? I've phoned up and been told wait till the middle of the month.

No sign of mine but I've just received this email 20 minutes ago:

Dear

As you’ll be aware, a number of postal strikes are planned which will affect Royal Mail deliveries and may lead to your monthly Club magazine being delayed.

To avoid disruption, please don’t forget that the Club also publishes a digital version of the Magazine. It’s available free of charge to members - simply visit either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

The Digital Magazine gives you all the great content of your printed magazine with added features including videos, mapped cycle routes and interactive puzzles, plus a searchable archive of back issues dating back to January 2017.

Try a different browser. I have found Firefox does not work well at all but Edge is fine, quick too.

Is that on the App? I’ve just downloaded January and I must say it’s much better than the last time I used it months ago. The Mags seem to be much smaller Mega byte wise and download and page very quickly. It also operates more like my online paper, where you can have a page view or look at each article individually in an expanded view. I’ve not tried it using the web site so can’t comment on that.

I have just had a look at the January magazine online. I used Chrome on my PC with 24 inch screen and it was fairly easy to read. It uses a format that our House magazine uses so I am familiar with it. It shows a double page spread and you have the option to expand the size and you can move the page around if you want to read a section of the page in larger print size. Usually I prefer to be able to download it is .PDF format as that gives better viewing and printing options. I have not downloaded the App as I prefer the larger screen.

Funnily enough the very same Royal Mail managed to deliver the Site Directory book (and ACSI books) today but no December magazine. They obviously have good taste down at the sorting office.😅
