Club shop issues

Tried to order an item from Prima leisure and got caught in a software loop creating an account. Contacted Prima leisure twice to resolve the issue and eventually managed to create an account after they chased a reset e-mail. All I had to do for the final hurdle was to enter my card details and pass the security check. Then received a message that my card had a problem, so used my wife's card and had the same problem. Checked both cards with our providers and our cards had no issues. Contacted Prima leisure and they hinted that Paypal would probably work. Prima leisure will not help you to purchase anything over the telephone. I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced such a poor website or poor service. I won't bother trying to order anything again from the Club shop, it doesn't feel like much of a perk!
