Following my failure to redeem my points on Monday, I rang on Tuesday, also spoke to a nice Irish lady who informed me that my points total was short of that required for four vouchers. When I questioned this as my latest statement shows this not to be the case, I was told that due to my not claiming for some time some points had dropped off. However, as this had only just occurred she reinstated them, so I now await four vouchers in the post. Moral: don't try to claim points on a Bank Holiday. Lesson learned.

Sorry for the problems everyone has been having. The rewards team office is manned from 9-6 pm Mon - Friday and Sat 9-4 and not Bank Holidays. There used to be a message on the line about opening hours which is no longer there.. We have brought this to Barclaycard's attention and they tell us they are working to reinstate this. Jean
