legal advice for caravan club members if you have a problem with a purchase such as an awning, caravan or any thing personal you need advise with just contact the caravan club legal team, the information and advice they gave us was brilliant I.e we had a problem with an awning we bought but the retailer and manufacturer were unhelpful and said we had put it away wet which was not true, with the advice of the cc legal team we went back to our credit card company and with their help proved "it wasn't fit for the purpose" we had bought it, as with the help of an awning expert proved it had been manufactured with the wrong materials, which meant it wasn't breathable and was causing condensation and mouldy spores, which were a health risk. We eventually had a full refund from our credit card company. The help and advice given  was invaluable so, please, please do not be afraid to give them a call, they are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
