Caravan Club Insurance booklet query

It most likely just exists in a digital format that can then be emailed or downloaded, rather than a hardcopy that can be sent via post.  I don't really see the problem.  If there are no changes why bother doing a reprint just to change the date on the cover.

Write your comments here...If that's the case why do the Club bother changing to a format that makes policyholders think there is a 2016 version terms and conditions when there isn't..All they had to do is say on the renewal letter that the 2014 version of your terms still apply for 2016 renewals

The Club insurance section had in fact updated some of the terms and conditions for 2016 but the booklets for policyholders were delayed from the printers just at the time my renewal was sent out so there was an update from the 2014 booklet I had (the 2015 rules were unchanged from 2014 so new booklet needed)....Unfortunately when I had telephoned the Club the lady who took my call in the insurance dept., did not realise there was a 2016 printed booklet still to arrive from printers so my persistence was in fact justified.
