Burford site WiFi - like watching paint dry

I bought a weeks worth of access for £10 - considering that you can get broadband for less than that a month this is a nice little earner for either the CC or AirAngel.  This was for 24/7 access but support/helpdesk is not commensurate in fact its non existant.  The speed was so slow it was unuseable.  I have since posted on AIrangels Facebook page and just how appalling they are.  Once back home I find that they have responded, they are not responsible blah blah blah and that I was logged in for a total of 22 hours - pointless they should be reporting on the amount of data my connection moved over the period.  I would like my money refunded please - I have several speed logs to support my claim.
