Better Discounts For Proactive Tracking Systems

We had the Phantom Proactive fitted to our last caravan which we had for 5 years. We changed our caravan a year ago and the new 'van was fitted with a Tracker Retrieve which we consider to be inadequate. The Retrieve will not tell you if your caravan has been stolen and it will not tell you if someone had broken into it and stolen all your personal/sentimental belongings. As soon as we had placed the order for our new 'van we contacted Phantom to arrange to have their system fitted asap. We have total peace of mind knowing that Phantom will ring us as soon as there is a trigger so we can act quickly to protect our expensive investment. I actually don't know why The Caravan Club give the same discount rate to members who only have a Retrieve system when a caravan in storage (or at home if you are on holiday without it) could have been stolen a week or even longer before anyone reports it. Surely an insurance claim would be much high even if the 'van was recovered as it could have been stripped of all its contents and the caravan itself damaged.
