36 months and still awaiting settlement

OMG.....where to begin?

36 months ago (May 2012) our brand new Swift Challenger was stolen from a local storage facility. There were two thefts that night. the CC were notified immediately and all the correct procedures followed.

There is nothing suspicious regarding the claim - these people just refuse to give us anything back. We've missed out on 3 years caravanning with our children who are now 9 and 10. 

The only time we get any direct contact from the CC insurers is when I put something on here. They then accuse us of not phoning them. It's been 3 years.

enough is enough......I just want my van back.  Or my money. 

I know we can't be the only family struggling to fight these big companies......I'm considering a sandwich board and setting up shop outside their headquarters until this is resolved.

we've contacted the Ombudsman but any other ideas on how to just get this resolved would be hugely appreciated.
