I suppose the staff at HQ are busily planning the above, can I please request that you return to the old tried and trusted format,eg. Towns in alphabetical order rather than the botch job that has been done for 2015, I spent £20 for a set which was a waste of money. I have spent hours trying to make head or tail of it using the 2015 directories and I am glad I did not chuck the 2012 versions that I will take on holiday.
