Would you use an adult only site in the cc?

Due to lack of availability in cc sites, we have been forced to use other sites, often independant. We have tried independant "family" sites with bad outcomes, but we noticed a number of adult only sites and as such we decided to use some which have been good and most interestingly always full.  No footballs, running around vans, 100 mph push bikes, screaming and shouting, kids play over there which tends to be next to me Etc etc. As all sites were busy, often full you can only assume there is a demand. So, would you use an adult only cc site if they existed and do you think the cc would make money to warrant trying a few out for a few seasons?
