Wifi out of order

Is there a general problem with AirAngel and the Caravan Club, or is it restricted to the Edinburgh site? The Wifi there has been down for over a week. Initially a warden said it was a BT problem which would be fixed, but when I asked yesterday evening another warden said that it was an AirAngel problem with no fix time sorted.

Looking through discussions, someone wrote 3 weeks ago that "air angel have admitted there are problems with the club wifi". So perhaps there's a chronic problem?
