Where is my handbook?

I received my book and map on Monday so they should be on their way now.

The post has been today, with no sign of a handbook or the latest magazine

The new rebranding is not giving us a more efficient service. Still, it sounds good to the marketing gurus who seem to "own" the Club

Rest assured your Sites Directory and Handbook will be with you soon. We started sending them out from the middle of last week and with over 300,000 being dispatched they going out in batches.

I disagree. The CC has been very efficient in keeping members in the dark and successfully withholding the new handbook for 3 months!!

Received my book and I'll be honest I think it's a improvement  on my last one. 

On a slightly different note, I thought I'd put the new logo in the rear window. Bit of a disappointment threre. on using a sheet of kitchen towel, it marked it and removed most of the printing ink. Very poor quality 😕

Got mine yesterday and afraid to say it looks like it has been run over by one of these new Motor Homes that are now part of the club😂 (Yes that is a joke before anybody starts, but my handbook is a mess).

Still waiting for the magazine!!

Both have arrived here but strange to say in both cases only one half of the new logo can bee seen on the packaging.

Can someone tell the marketing people that they need to do the decent thing if they want to stick with that logo and MAKE THE COLOURS BOLD.

Another day without last months magazine, maybe this is how they are paying for the rebrand by only sending out a percentage every month?
